On October 26, 2021, the China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition(CIAME) kicked off at Qingdao World Expo City International Exhibition Center. the CIAME is sponsored by China Agricultural Machinery Circulation Association, China Agricultural Mechanization Association and China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association, and this year is the third consecutive year that the exhibition is held in Qingdao West Coast New Area.
With the theme of "Rural Revitalization·Smart Agriculture", the 2021 International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition focuses on the extension of agricultural mechanization from the cultivation and harvesting of main crops to the whole process of plant protection, straw treatment and drying, from food crops to cash crops such as cotton, oil, sugar, fruits, vegetables and tea, and from planting to aquaculture, primary processing industry, facility agriculture and other comprehensive development. Expand from the plain area to the hilly area, carefully plan the exhibition area, comprehensively optimize the traditional exhibition area, upgrade the function and characteristic area, and further innovate and reflect the concept of domestic industrial cluster. Under the premise of ensuring the safety of epidemic prevention and control, the popularity of this exhibition continues to rise, with an exhibition area of more than 220,000 square meters, nearly 2,000 Chinese and foreign exhibitors, more than 30 high-end forums and important activities, and 150,000 professional visitors.
With a history of more than 60 years, the CIAME is the largest exhibition in Asia and the world famous annual professional exhibition of international agricultural machinery. CIAME is renowned in the world, known as an international, global agricultural machinery trade and brand communication platform, agricultural machinery information gathering and interaction platform, industrial policy and academic exchange platform, modern agricultural technology and equipment integration demonstration platform.
It is worth noting that after the 2020 CIAME became the only international agricultural machinery exhibition held in the world last year, the only international agricultural machinery exhibition held this year is the China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition and the Bologna Agricultural Machinery Exhibition in Italy. In this year's exhibition, more than 50 enterprises declared more than 100 kinds of first products, and the exhibition products are more interesting than the previous ones. In the S2 exhibition hall, XinWanda, as a rookie in the industry, participated in the same stage with international giants such as CLAAS, Deere, Agco, Case, Deutzphal, Kuhn, Maschio brought the latest products to the exhibition.
Xinwanda Brings its latest models of corn headers the revised corn header of XWD-460plus for the forage harvesters. The XWD-460plus is an inproved corn header which designed for CLAAS, John Deere, Krone, New Holland, and Fendt self-propelled forage harvesters(SPFH). With special steel structural parts from Hebei Iron and Steel Group(HBIS), the corn header have more strength on impact resistance, high wear resistance and not easy for deformation. the saw blade are also redesigned with tungsten cabide coating to keep the sharp cutting of the drums. The transmission boxes of XWD-460plus are made of Alluminim Alloy with a lighter weight, higher strength more less noise and faster heat dissipation.
Farming contractors and forage harvester users visited Xinwanda Exhibition Booth with curiosity and asked the property and performance of the new XWD-460plus and other corn headers. During the Exhibition there are 5 silage farming contractors expressed their intention on cooperation and many forage harvester users expressed their intentions to buy in the future.
