I. Project background
With the continuous advancement of agricultural modernization, silage feed is an important raw material for animal husbandry, and its harvesting and processing efficiency are directly related to the production benefits of animal husbandry. As an internationally renowned agricultural machinery manufacturer, NEW HOLLAND occupies an important position in the agricultural machinery market with its excellent product performance and advanced technological innovation. As the only Chinese enterprise that produces large rotary corn headers for forage harvesters, Tangshan Xinwanda Industrial Co., Ltd., its XWD-445PLUS rotary corn header is well received by the market for its high quality and wide applicability. This case will introduce in detail the successful application of NEW HOLLAND forage harvester mounted with a Xinwanda XWD-445PLUS rotary corn header
II. Project Overview
1. Machinery Selection
In this project, the customer selected NEW HOLLAND's forage harvester as the main machine, and matched it with Xinwanda's XWD-445PLUS rotary corn header. NEW HOLLAND forage harvester, with its powerful power system and stable working performance, provides a solid foundation for the entire silage operation. The Xinwanda XWD-445PLUS rotary corn header, with its 4.5M wide cutting width, efficient chopping effect and durability, has become an ideal choice for customers' silage harvesting operations.
2. Mounting process
The mounting process is operated by professional technicians to ensure that every link meets the technical requirements. First, the technicians carefully checked the mounting device of the NEW HOLLAND forage harvester to ensure that the mounting device was not damaged and functioned normally. Then, the Xinwanda XWD-445PLUS rotary corn header was precisely docked with the forage harvester, and the connection between the corn header and the forage harvester was ensured to be firm and reliable by adjusting the mounting angle and tightening the bolts. During the mounting process, the technicians also paid special attention to the connection of the electrical system to ensure that the control system of the corn header and the forage harvester can work in a coordinated manner.
III. Application effect
1. Significantly improved operating efficiency
Since the NEW HOLLAND forage harvester was mounted with the Xinwanda XWD-445PLUS rotary corn header, the customer's silage harvesting efficiency has been significantly improved. The wide cutting width allows each harvesting to cover more area, and the efficient chopping effect ensures the quality of the silage. In addition, the coordinated work of the header and the forage harvester also reduces downtime and further improves operating efficiency.
2. Feed quality is effectively guaranteed
The Xinwanda XWD-445PLUS rotary corn header uses advanced chopping technology and wear-resistant materials to ensure that the silage is fully chopped and crushed during the harvesting process. This not only helps to improve the utilization and digestibility of feed, but also helps to reduce the loss of feed during storage. Therefore, the quality of customers' silage is effectively guaranteed.
3. Reduced maintenance costs
Since the Xinwanda XWD-445PLUS rotary corn header uses high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing processes, its wear resistance and durability have been significantly improved. This means that customers can reduce the number of repairs and replacements of parts during use, thereby reducing maintenance costs. At the same time, the coordinated work of the header and the main engine also reduces the losses caused by downtime due to faults.
IV. Conclusion
The successful application of the NEW HOLLAND forage harvester attached to the Xinwanda XWD-445PLUS rotary corn header not only improves the customer's silage harvesting efficiency and feed quality, but also reduces maintenance costs. This case fully demonstrates the excellent performance and wide application prospects of the Xinwanda XWD-445PLUS rotary corn header in silage harvesting operations.
